“How do you find candidates?”

We use our well developed, confidential network to find highly qualified and successful individuals who are not necessarily seeking new jobs but who are interested in career growth and development. In a typical search we might speak to 100-200 people to find two to four highly qualified candidates for your consideration.

“How do you screen candidates?”

Our finely tuned process requires us to spend lots of time with individual candidates to discover their skills, interests, needs and motivations for making a change. We only present you candidates who match your requirements AND are seriously interested in opportunities like yours.

“What are your fees?”

We provide for permanent placement on a retainer or contingency basis. Fees vary depending on the urgency of your staffing needs, number of positions to be filled and other factors. We also offer contract staffing for urgent, short-term needs.

“What about relocating new employees?”

We have national alliances with relocation services that help candidates with every aspect of relocation, taking the pressure off of you.
